What "Whole Person" Means to Us

Addiction affects every dimension of a person's life — physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships, identity, and sense of purpose. Treatment that addresses only the physical dependence rarely produces lasting results. That is why our program integrates medical detox and withdrawal management with evidence-based behavioral therapy and spiritual wellness support. We treat the root, not just the symptom.

Why Spiritual Wellness?

Spiritual wellness — the sense of meaning, connection, and purpose — is one of the most powerful and most overlooked dimensions of recovery. We are not a religious program, and we welcome people of all backgrounds and beliefs. What we offer is space to reconnect with what matters most to you, and support to build a life you genuinely want to return to.

Our Mission: Safe, Whole-Person Recovery

At Spiritual Wellness and Recovery, we believe addiction is a treatable medical condition — not a moral failing, not a personal weakness, and not something anyone should face alone. Our mission is to provide medically sound, compassionate, whole-person care that gives every individual the safest possible foundation for lasting recovery.

Who We Treat and What We Specialize In

We specialize in medically supervised detox and 30-day residential treatment for adults dealing with substance use disorder. Our clinical team is equipped to manage withdrawal from a wide range of substances, including alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, and polysubstance use. Many of our clients also arrive with co-occurring mental health needs — anxiety, depression, or trauma — and our approach addresses those alongside the addiction.

Medical Detox and Withdrawal Management

Safe detox is the foundation of everything we do. Our facility is staffed with licensed medical professionals trained in addiction medicine and withdrawal management. From alcohol and opioid withdrawal to benzodiazepine tapers, our team monitors clients around the clock, manages symptoms with evidence-based medications when appropriate, and ensures the first step of recovery is as safe and comfortable as possible.

What Sets Our Medical Team Apart

Detox is not just about getting through withdrawal — it is about doing so in a way that prepares the person for the work ahead. Our clinical team conducts a full medical and psychosocial evaluation on admission, designs individualized care plans, and transitions each client into residential treatment as strong and clear-headed as possible. You are never simply left to wait it out.

30-Day Residential Treatment

After detox, our 30-day residential program provides structured, immersive care in a supportive live-in environment. Clients engage in individual therapy, group therapy, and wellness activities designed to address the underlying causes of addiction and build the skills and perspective needed to maintain recovery in real life.

Evidence-Based Treatment With a Human Approach

Our clinical team uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches — including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational approaches — while keeping care genuinely personal. Treatment is tailored to the individual: their history, their substances, their mental health, and their goals. Because no two people arrive at the same place or leave for the same destination.

ETHICS

We Don't Just Discharge You — We Plan What Comes Next

Too many programs end at discharge with no real plan. We believe that’s where the work gets critical. Our team coordinates the next phase of your care — whether that’s partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), standard outpatient (OP), or telehealth services — and we help you build a concrete plan to return home with support already in place.

Recovery Is a Continuum, Not a 30-Day Event

SAMHSA’s framework for lasting recovery identifies four key dimensions: health, a stable home, a sense of purpose, and community connection. Our continuum-of-care approach is designed to support all four. We are with you through detox, through residential, and through the transition back into your life — however long that takes.

our TEAM

Addiction Is a Medical Condition

We approach substance use disorder the way medicine approaches any chronic disease — with evidence, precision, and care — not judgment.

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Medical detox and withdrawal management requires qualified clinical staff, continuous monitoring, and individualized protocols. We don't cut corners on the most critical part of recovery.

Recovery Belongs to You

We build the plan, provide the care, and walk alongside you — but your recovery is yours. Our job is to make sure you leave with the tools, support, and real-world plan to keep it.
